Each month Wild Heart Herb House offers a wide variety of in person events such as herbalism workshops, meditations, plant walks, community circles, social events, and much more!

All events are suitable for all humans. No experience needed, come exactly as you are!

Fiber + Friends Community Gathering

Join us on the first Sunday of every month for Fiber + Friends community gathering! Come cozy up at Wild Heart with some herbal tea and a fiber project like knitting, crocheting, felting, macrame, embroidery, or anything else! This free event is open to all skill levels. Tuning Into Taurus: Expressive Arts Workshop

Join expressive arts guide Maura Glynn and musician Emily Baroody for an evening of astrological inspired self care! In this workshop, we will drop into our bodies through somatics, spending time in nature, intuitive expressive arts, and live music + sound. We will synthesize the experience with journaling and community sharing. You will leave feeling inspired, empowered, and more connected to the cosmos! Join herbalist + meditation guide Amelia Andrade for a guided plant spirit meditation with Lemon Balm! This beautiful practice will offer a deep state of relaxation as we awaken the senses and connect with this beautiful plant ally. Following the meditation we will have a chance to journal and share about our experience as well as discuss the medicinal properties of this sacred plant. Lemon Balm tea will be served. Earth Centered Entrepreneur Gathering

The last Friday of every month is our meetup for Earth Centered Entrepreneurs! Join together with other local small business owners to network, share ideas, promote, and support each other. We will begin with introductions at 3:30 and see what topics come up from there. This is a free community event open to anyone who owns their own business or dreams of doing so one day! Wild Hearts Poetry Open Mic

Anomaly Poetry presents a night of community + poems at Wild Heart! This event is free and open to the public. Readers have up to 5 minutes to present their original works or favorite poems. Participation not required, come to listen, enjoy a cup of herbal tea, and enjoy a night surrounded by beautiful things! Sign ups will be available at the door for presenters. No need to register to attend, come on by!

Gentle Yoga every wednesday morning in little compton

In addition to all of the wonderful events at Wild Heart Herb House, Nico teaches Gentle Yoga in Little Compton on Wednesday mornings.

Supporting the local community since 2017!

Gentle Yoga at the LCWC is the best! Join me for a beginner friendly all levels yoga practice with mindful movement, meditation, breath work, and intention. No experience necessary, all are welcome in this heart opening + often restorative class.

WHEN: Every Wednesday morning from 8:45 - 10:00 am

WHERE: The Little Compton Wellness Center, 115 East Main Road in Little Compton, RI. Come on up the ramp in the back.

PRICE: $20 to drop in or 6 classes for $90. Classes never expire.

BRING: your yoga mat and any props you like, but everything you need is also available to borrow

WHAT YOU’LL FIND: Kind humans (many of whom are 60+ years), friendly conversations before class, slow breathing, gentle stretching and movement, reduced pain in your back - hips - shoulders - neck, feeling ahhh-mazing after class

Home Herbalism - Herbal Oils + Salves

Herbal infused oils are effective, nourishing, and luxurious! In this hands on workshop, learn how easy it is to make your own herbal body oils + salves. Attendees will learn which oils to use in your oils + salves, the difference between infused oils + essential oils, salves for first aid care, and how herbal body oiling is a wonderful practice to support your skin AND your nervous system! Participants will take home an herbal salve that we make in class. This class is part of Wild Heart's Home Herbalism + Medicine Making Series. $50 to attend, register here.
