meet your guide
Hi! I’m Nico Lebreux she/they
I’m a community herbalist, yoga teacher, meditation guide, self care advocate, and earth centered entrepreneur who operates Wild Heart Herb House in New Bedford, Massachusetts on sovereign Wampanoag land.
I specialize in teaching people how to deeply connect with their multidimensional selves and the living world within + around them through simple everyday techniques that are available to all.
My herbalism studies began over 10 years ago and I have been teaching about the magic of plants for 6. Some of my amazing teachers are Mary Blue of Farmacy Herbs, Sage Mauer of Gaia School of Herbalism, and Rosemary Gladstar of Sage Mountain among many others. But the herbs + the Earth are my greatest teachers!
Introducing others to herbalism and sharing how plants can improve your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health is a great passion of mine. I am so excited to be teaching Home Herbalism + Medicine Making at Wild Heart Herb House!
