A new client herbal consultation package includes:

A 90 minute comprehensive intake session where we will go over all of your health + wellness concerns and goals. This session can take place online, in my home in Tiverton, RI or in your home or location of choice (only available in some towns in RI or MA, other locations available at additional cost)
Personalized herbal protocol and lifestyle shift recommendations delivered to you in video and/or written format within one week of session.
A 45 minute check in consultation to see what’s working and where adjustments need to be made to your protocol.
An online video library or resources including workshops on how to make your own herbal remedies, guided meditations, and yoga practices
