Emily Lapolice
Land-based Embodiment Practice & Care Circle
Join Emily in a choice-based movement practice grounded in land, ritual, and plant medicine, accessible to all bodies. Rooted in Native practices and teachings gifted to Emily from Indigenous elders and relatives (Tsimshian, Lakota, and Cherokee to name a few), this sacred pause will invite inquiry and engagement with the land of our own bodies in a way that centers relationship, reciprocity and curiosity, while honoring our unique and collective experiences of this moment.
