Each day will be different and a more detailed itinerary will be available closer to the retreat, but this is an example of the general flow of most days.
In addition to the morning yoga class there will be an additional yoga class, wellness workshop, or off property excursion every day in the afternoon or evening.
Everything is optional, you choose how you want to spend your time on this retreat! Even if you choose to participate in everything there will still be ample down time.

10:00 - Free time for journaling, reading, resting, or hiking
1:00 - Lunch
2:00 - Free time OR additional workshop OR cultural excursion
7:00 - Dinner
