The PERFECT way to begin your week!

This class started off as a private yoga class for restaurant industry professionals, but now all are welcome to enjoy a gentle, stretchy, feel good yoga class outdoors in the beautiful field behind Bittersweet Farm in Westport, MA!

WHEN: Every Monday morning from 9:30 - 10:45 am (no class July 4)

WHERE: In the field by the gazebo behind Bittersweet Farm. There is shade and sun to choose from! There will be no class if it’s raining. Check instagram @nico.lebreux for morning of updates.

PRICE: $15

BRING: your yoga mat, yoga blocks + blanket if you have them

WHAT YOU’LL FIND: Smiling faces, the support of the soft earth beneath you, a gentle yoga practice with modifications for most abilities, a long savasana with the blue sky above you, not wanting to leave after class!
