If you scored many yes answers in the first group: your root chakra may be blocked or underactive. Come back to yourself, ground in who you are, and in the infinite support of mother earth. Begin to heal by accepting your past, offering forgiveness, and then continuing to move forward. Connect with nature, nourish your body with food and exercise, love and accept yourself exactly as you are right now. Carry your jasper this week to remember how important and loved you are.
If you scored many yes answers in the second group: your root chakra is pretty well balanced! You are grounded in who you are and are able to create healthy boundaries and relationships. You love yourself and you fell connected to the nature around you. Keep yourself rooted. Remain grateful for the abundance flowing through you and around you. Carry your red jasper to keep your root chakra gently stimulated and open.
If you scored many yes answers in the third group: your root chakra may be overactive or overstimulated. It is time for you to stand firmly on the ground beneath your feet and trust that the universe and the people who care for you have your back. Move away from lack mentality to see the abundance that the universe has to offer you. Trust. Trust in yourself, your family, and community to provide all that you need. Carry your jasper this week to remind yourself of the abundance that is all around you.
It is not uncommon to have yes answers in all groups but many people find that they have more in one group or that they find themselves balanced/overactive, or balanced/underactive. It is up to you how you interpret this quiz.
Imbalance in the Muladhara Chakra can be caused by: being raised in a dangerous neighborhood or situation, experiencing the traumatic divorce of your parents, had parents who struggled to pay the rent, homelessness, were physically or emotionally abused as a child, never had a stable sense of home or community, were unable to rely on others for love and support, experienced some other kind of emotional/spiritual trauma as a child. Also societal conditioning such as: you have to suffer/sacrifice/work really hard to make money, you are not welcome/beautiful/accepted unless you look and act a certain way, the color of your skin/gender/sexuality determines your worth/what you are capable of, and other linear patriarchal thinking that separates and classifies people as good or bad.
