payment, refund, and cancellation policy

I know you are booking this retreat with all intentions of attending, but as we know things come up! This is why I highly recommend acquiring travel insurance to protect yourself in unexpected situations.

• A $500 deposit reserves your spot on this retreat. This deposit is refundable until November 1, 2022. After November 1, 2022 this deposit is non-refundable even if you don’t attend the retreat.

• Full payment for the retreat is due by December 1, 2022. Payment plans are available, email nicolelebreuxyoga@gmail.com if you would like a payment plan.

• If you cancel from December 1, 2022 - February 1, 2023, you will receive a 50% refund.

• If you cancel after February 1, 2023 you will receive no refund of any kind. Again, purchase travel insurance!

• Preferred payment method is cash, check or Venmo @NicoleLebreux. Credit card payments also accepted with a 3% additional fee to cover credit card processing costs.
