I’ve been where you are.
I know what it feels like to be helpless, lost, unmotivated, ready to give up. I have been there, time and time again. I spent my teen years feeling like a trapped animal, lashing out, unaware of the cage that I was in. My 20’s were full of self discovery, trying things out, failing + getting back up again.
It was only when I started taking responsibility for my thoughts + actions that things began to transform. I realized that everything about me was in my control and could be shifted + changed. All of those blocks, can’ts, and shouldn’ts I was experiencing were completely movable.
