Windowsill Scallion Gardening

Did you know that organic scallions will easily grow on your kitchen counter? After you’ve eaten the green parts, keep the white bottoms and place them in a small glass with water on your kitchen counter or windowsill. The more sun the better! Within a few days you’ll start to see growth! Make sure to keep the roots underwater and you’ll have fresh scallions for weeks.
