nettle (Urtica dioica), oatstraw (Avena sativa), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), tulsi (Ocimum africanum), peppermint (Mentha x piperita)

Brewing Instructions

1 heaping tablespoon per cup or 1/3 cup of herbs per quart.

Steep herbs in almost boiling water for approximately 10-30 minutes minimum. The longer you steep herbs the more medicinal properties will extract and the more strong your tea will taste. We recommend steeping for 8 hours or overnight. Adjust to your taste and preference. Sweeten to taste (optional).

• Medium: Contains 2.5oz of herbs which is approximately 35 cups or 9 quarts.

• Large: Contains 5oz of herbs which is approximately 70 cups or 18 quarts.
